It consisted of a double-breasted jacket with two internal skirt slash pocket rectangular flaps. Tunic comes with plain golden brass buttons. A skirt cut to just below the knee. It is made from the best quality military grade Navy blue serge wool, light blue rank facing was worn to each cuff. It is fully lined with a complimentary satin lining.
